Attorney David Trice was born in Mobile and raised in Fairhope, Alabama. After a decade of practicing law, David established Trice Law Group, LLC in Fairhope, to provide legal advice and representation to individuals, families, and businesses with interests in the Alabama Gulf Coast region. The practice covers a wide range of matters that reflect David’s extensive legal experience, and aims to provide quality legal services and an exceptional level of personalized support to every client.

Law Practice Background

After his admission to the Alabama Bar, David worked as a judicial law clerk with the 28th Judicial Circuit of Baldwin County, Alabama, which gave him valuable insight into the local state court system. After his clerkship, David worked at several prominent Mobile law firms, where he developed legal knowledge and skill in a variety of subject matter areas involving both litigation and transactional matters.

David’s first years in practice focused on medical malpractice, personal injury/wrongful death, estate planning and probate, and general civil litigation. After six years in private practice, David accepted a general counsel position for several local healthcare companies. Working directly in a healthcare business gave David experience into business contracts, compliance, and working to reduce risk and legal expenses. This experience gave him a deep understanding into the legal support needed by healthcare professionals and providers. The breadth and depth of his practice background provides David with a unique perspective.
